Starting today, April 12th, changes are underway at the Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills. Sofitel's French eatery (Estérel) will open as a casual burger and lobster pop-up called Cattle & Claw. Estérel will remain open for brunch daily, but Cattle & Claw plans on being open for lunch and dinner until August. The menu will offer three types of burgers, and five lobster options, including a lobster salad, lobster roll, or the whole crustacean. For more info, please click here
